Conference Schedule
On May 14th-15th, you will be able to access the exhibition for coffee and networking from 9:00. The plenary sessions will begin at 10:00.
On May 15th, we will end at 14:00 followed by lunch.
This enables you to travel in the morning May 14th and get home in the afternoon on May 15th.
Conference fee
The conference is free of charge.
The conference service does not cover hotel and travel.
Accommodation
Accommodation is not part of the conference service. You can directly book a hotel room at Sofitel Victora in Warsaw or other recommended Hotel.
The hotel cost should be paid to the hotel upon check out.
Is there car parking spaces?
There is a paid parking lot next to the Sofitel Warsaw Victoria hotel with limited spaces.
The parking ticket must be paid by yourself.
